Lead by example...

Many times men focus on their careers and their wives end up taking up the slack at home. This can be an overwhelming burden that woman can certainly handle but was not the way God designed the marriage relationship. 

This week, look for ways you can take the lead and offload some of the family responsibilities.  Whether this is stepping in for discipline of the children, taking on some extra chores, or just planning the week's events, give your wife some relief.  Make leading by example a consistent part of your life.
